How do I enter the license?
When you have received the license via email. Look for the line starting with Regcode: There are two codes on this line.
The first part XXXXXXXXXX goes into the field "Licensed To", the second part ZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZZ goes into the field "License Serial Number"

Which Windows version is supported?
All our programs have been test to run on Windows 7, Vista and XP. Some of the programs also run on earlier versions including windows 2003, 2000, 98; please refer to the detailed page of the product
Missing license ?
In rare cases the trial license file can not be copied on windows vista and windows 7 - due to security constrains.
The file res.dds needs to be moved manually to user\app.data\"application data folder"
example: copy "res.dds" from "c:\program files\DracullSoft\ShoutScan\"
to "c:\user\app.data\dsshoutscan\"
